Harry TotonisChief Executive Officer
Mr. Totonis is Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he was President and CEO of Surescripts. Under his leadership, Surescripts became the nation’s largest e-prescribing and clinical information network, connecting physicians, pharmacies, PBMs, EMRs/EHRs, hospitals and HIEs. He is on the Genstar Capital Strategic Advisory Board, a trustee at Suburban Hospital/Johns Hopkins Medicine and a member of Business Executives for National Security.
Chris BreakironChief Financial Officer
Mr. Breakiron is Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for financial forecasting, planning and analysis, business operations accounting and reporting and tax and financial evaluation for new and continuing programs. Previously, Mr. Breakiron served as Chief Accounting Officer for SunGard Data Systems. He is a certified public accountant and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Florida.
Kelly BroderGeneral Counsel and Chief Privacy and Compliance Officer
Ms. Broder is General Counsel and Chief Privacy and Compliance Officer and oversees all legal matters, compliance and privacy and federal and state legislative and regulatory developments. Ms. Broder joined ConnectiveRx from Surescripts, where she served as the Head of Human Resources. Ms. Broder earned her JD degree, cum laude, from Creighton University, School of Law.
Danielle DalySenior Director of Enterprise Communications and Culture
Ms. Daly is Senior Director of Enterprise Communications and Culture and stewards internal communications and employee engagement. She also manages the company’s external communications and public relations strategy and execution. Prior to joining ConnectiveRx, Ms. Daly was Senior Manager of Global Communications and Entertainment at Under Armour, Inc. She graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a BA in communications.
Rick RatliffPresident of Network Services
Mr. Ratliff is President of Network Services, leading product management, provider and pharmacy network development, messaging operations, advanced analytics, product marketing and market research. Prior to joining ConnectiveRx, Mr. Ratliff was a Managing Director in Accenture’s Health and Public Service Practice and served as the North America Lead for Digital Health. Mr. Ratliff graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in chemical engineering. He also holds an MBA from the University of Tulsa.
Dan TorrensChief Operating Officer
Mr. Torrens is Chief Operations Officer responsible for leading all aspects of operations to elevate organizational performance and drive customer loyalty. Mr. Torrens previously led operations at the CMMI Institute and Confluence as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Product and Operations, respectively. He earned his BS in Accounting from West Virginia University.
Mark PawlakChief People Officer
Mr. Pawlak oversees the ConnectiveRx human resources team, developing, aligning and implementing human resources programs with dynamic business objectives. Previously, he had a long tenure at Revlon as SVP of Human Resources, Employment and Administration. An attorney by trade, Mr. Pawlak also served as Senior Counsel for Philips Electronics. He achieved his JD from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his master’s from Cornell University.
David YakimischakChief Technology Officer
Mr. Yakimischak is Chief Technology Officer and responsible for product delivery, systems development, technical operations, business analysis and quality assurance. Prior to ConnectiveRx, he held several executive positions at Surescripts, including Chief Technology Officer, Chief Quality Officer and General Manager. Mr. Yakimischak holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
Frank DanaChief Commercial Officer
Mr. Dana leads ConnectiveRx’s sales and commercial organization, driving strategic growth and the creation and execution of customer account plans. Previously, he was the SVP of Operations. Mr. Dana has a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of St Francis.
Julia LaurinSenior Vice President, Product and Innovation
Ms. Laurin is Senior Vice President of Product and Innovation and oversees the strategy, roadmap, and development of the company’s integrated software solutions. Prior to joining ConnectiveRx, Ms. Laurin was the Vice President of Product at Clarivate Analytics and Thomson Reuters Intellectual Property & Science. She earned her JD from UC Berkeley School of Law and her BA in International Relations from Wellesley College.
