WHIPPANY, N.J. — ConnectiveRx, a leading provider of technology-enabled patient support and access solutions for specialty and branded medications, today announced it received top rankings in independent McKinsey research, was named an MM+M Power Partner, and had three executives named to the PM360 ELITE 100.

New call-to-action

In independent market research conducted by McKinsey & Company, ConnectiveRx earned the highest affordability Net Promoter Score (NPS) and was also recognized as having one of the highest NPS in the patient services landscape. The assessment highlighted the company’s high level of service, robust hub, access and patient support infrastructure, automation capabilities, and strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers.

The findings are reflected in ConnectiveRx’s business performance: more than 65% of the company's active hub programs began with brands transitioning from another provider, and 95% of those transitioned brands have remained long-term partners.

ConnectiveRx was also recently named an MM+M Power Partner as part of the pharmaceutical industry publication’s 2026 Agency 100 program, which highlighted the company’s leading scale in point-of-care solutions, EHR workflow integration capabilities for patient identification and provider targeting, as well as its role in reimagining what point-of-care engagement campaigns should accomplish for pharma brand marketers.

In addition, three ConnectiveRx leaders were named to the 2026 PM360 ELITE 100 in recognition of their leadership and innovation across operations, talent strategy, and commercialization:

  • Sara Bowling, Vice President of Program Operations, was recognized in the Transformational Leaders category for designing best-in-class operational workflows and leading initiatives focused on real-time performance visibility for clients.
  • Sandi Gray, Vice President of People Operations, was recognized in the Talent Acquisition Leaders category for transforming ConnectiveRx’s recruiting and workforce operations, including reducing average hiring timelines while improving retention and workforce scalability.
  • Maria O’Mara, SVP of Business Development and Sales Operations, was recognized in the Strategist category for continuous innovation in helping pharmaceutical manufacturers develop first-to-market access and engagement programs.
