In her nearly 20-year career in healthcare, Lisa Prowker has developed a skill set that spans finance, operations, and human resources. She has grown into a strategic leader who’s so respected by her teams that her former employer, ConnectiveRx, wooed her back to lead the company’s fast-growing messaging business with her proven transformative approach.

Lisa has spent her career guiding fast-growing businesses and taking them to the next phase of its evolution. She originally left ConnectiveRx to leverage her experience scaling a business, helping a messaging startup to reconstruct processes that were no longer effective for a small company experiencing rapid growth. She then pivoted back to finance, serving in top financial roles for a pair of small companies before returning to ConnectiveRx in 2022 to lead the group responsible for the company’s patient and provider messaging options.

Her return to her operations roots energized Lisa, who took on the challenge of creating structure and leadership in ConnectiveRx’s Awareness & Adherence business. Because it was growing so quickly year over year, she was tasked with determining where gaps existed in order to support continued growth and high quality at high speed for clients. She ended up creating a culture of cohesion that improved processes and supported successful collaboration with the company’s product organization. The result has been the creation of market-standout offerings that wouldn’t have been possible without the tight cooperation between teams.

And because of her success in messaging, Lisa has gained the unwavering trust of her superiors, who have significantly increased the company’s investment in the department and empowered her to lead the development of several new programs based on client feedback that continue to differentiate the company’s offerings.

Lisa notes, “We’re able to help patients by reaching them and their providers at the point of care not with marketing messages but with valuable information that can help them access needed medication, and I’m proud to be part of that.”

The executive leadership team has cited Lisa as the driving force behind the company’s ability to deliver velocity in her product area—something that’s critical to client expectations.
